We follow strict standards to make sure that user data is well protected. On the compliance front, we adhere to strict GDPR standards as well as the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) to ensure that data is protected. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information. On the technical front, we protect the data using AES-256 for data at rest and TLS1.3 encryption for data in transit. We also obtained SOC II Type 2 compliance, which specifies how organizations should manage customer data. It defines criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles”— security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Successful completion of the SOC 2 Type II audit further validates BlueX’s dedication to security and compliance, demonstrating a major milestone for the company.
