How do I update details on my account?

To update your personal details (name, email address and phone number):

To change the name on your account or phone number, click on your profile name in the upper right after you login to your BlueX account. From here, select 'Account Settings' and then 'Personal info.' After you're done editing, click "Update."

To change the email address you login to your BlueX account with, please contact your account manager or our customer support team.

To update the business name or address on your account:

To update any business information please contact your account manager or our customer support team.
