You can make a payment whenever you'd like from your BlueX Pay account. However, there are times when payment systems and services are closed. As a result, if you make a payment outside of those hours, it will be sent when the system reopens again.
In general, the times when most payment systems are closed are:
- Outside of business hours on weekdays
- National holidays
Some payment systems have slightly different hours and may close a little earlier on weekdays.
If you make a payment when a payment system is closed, the status will show as 'Pending' in your BlueX Pay account. After the payment system has reopened and your payment has been sent, the status will change to 'Dispatched'.
